PAINTERS WANTED - Student Works Painting - FT&PT

Want to have a great summer working outdoors, getting a tan while making GREAT MONEY!

We are looking for dedicated mature, hard working, dedicated and self driven university/collage students looking full time (50+h) or part time work this summer.

WE ARE HIRING & TRAINING NOW! works starts day of interview.

We will be working primarily in Erin Mills, Britannia, Meadowvale, Streetsville and south Brampton.

FULL TIME & PART TIME positions available
CANVASSERS : you will be the forefront of our company going door to door finding those interested in a free estimate. ALL PAINTERS START OUT AS CANCASSERS AND ARE THEN PROMOTED TO PAINTERS ONCE REQUIRMENTS ARE MET.
Requirements: No past experience or skills needed.

PAINTERS : you will be the core of our company providing the customer with the highest quality service, product and work atmosphere. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Requirements: 6 estimates (3 estimates, paint training, 3 estimates)
CREW CHIEF : you will be responsible for setting up 1-2 crews per day, gathering material (paint, sundries etc) for each crew as needed as ensuring that the quality of work that is set is attained. You will go over the job with the client before the job begins pointing out exactly what is to be done and how it will improve the current condition of their household.
Requirements: Given to the top painter who is charismatic, outgoing and responsible who is willing and able to take on more responsibility.

PAYMENT:
•CANVASSERS
o Pay is based on results
o5$/lead for the first 6 leads (lead: getting a potential clients name and number who is interested in painting)
o5$/lead conversion (setting up a time for the estimate at the door before you leave)
o5$/lawn sign (finding a individual who would like to support our student run organization by allowing us to place a lawn sign on their property)
o15$/estimate booked (lead found and converted) + 1% of booked job value

•PAINTERS
o 11$/hour BASE PAY with promotions and raises based on performance
o Jobs are completed for piece work
o e.g. If you complete a 15 hour job in 10 hours you are paid for 15 hours

•CREW CHIEF
o pay structure is the same as painter but paid a higher wage
o Bonuses based customers satisfaction, proper work done, budgets beat and no touch ups
o must keep other crews on task

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Have access to you own mode of transport to and from site (not public transit)
•Be able to work 50+ hours/week starting NOW
•Energetic, creative, friendly, good communication skills
